Refund Policy
1. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date you receive your order. Additionally, you have 5-7 days for the returned item(s) to reach us. To make the process convenient, we provide a reverse pickup service for returns. Please note, a reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from your refund amount — this fee applies once per order, regardless of the number of items being returned.
2. Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the return package twice. If pickup cannot be completed, you will need to send the item back to our company address manually. Reverse pickup availability depends on the service coverage for your area’s pin code.
3. For Prepaid , we issue a store credit within 1-2 working days of receiving and inspecting your return. This store credit matches the original amount paid and can be redeemed anytime on future purchases.
4. Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as delivered — unused, unwashed, and with original packaging intact. Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of wear, damage, or poor condition.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
