Shipping processing time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders may or maybe not be shipped and delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders then delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for smooth delivery. If there will be an unprecedented delay in the shipment of your order, we’ll contact you via phone or email.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
The shipping charge varies depending on your location and the weight of the product. You’re eligible for Free Shipping when your cart value exceeds a specific amount which is subject to a particular product, purchase value, and specific promotional date.
Aura Jewelry ships to addresses all over Kolkata, West Bengal, and PAN India subject to the deliverable PIN code.
We will update this section if we do not ship to certain P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aura Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the end customer.

Damages
Aura Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us to ask for an exchange within 24 hrs. of delivery (please refer to our Return Policy).
