Exchange Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products provided, you can exchange them, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the products you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our products, clients have the liberty to request an exchange from us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our Policy for the exchange will be as follows:
Our policy lasts 24 hours only. If limited hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the brand box/price tag and original packaging and returned to the following address:

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt/invoice as proof of purchase also.

We only exchange items if they are found defective or damaged after the shipment.

To exchange any damaged product, you need to send a photograph of the product via mail at CONTACT@SOUKJEWELS.COM, or by filling up the contact form available on our website - www.soukjewels.com.


Return & Refund Policy
Souk Jewels does not offer any return or refund on any purchase. If you receive a damaged product, you can claim an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.


Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. While exchanging and receiving the same product, you will be liable to pay the shipping charges.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product may vary to reach you.
